Rahul Dhiman founded Spiral to help technology companies tell stories with the same ambition and precision they bring to their products.

A UC Berkeley graduate with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Rahul’s technical background spans Tesla, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Cuberg, and NanoGraf. His experience in batteries and advanced materials took him inside the labs, factories, and R&D teams where the future is being built, giving him a firsthand understanding of the work behind a breakthrough.

He brings that experience to his work as an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and director. Across narrative films, documentaries, and commercial projects, Rahul’s focus is making complex ideas resonate through character, clear storytelling, and compelling images.

That combination shapes how Spiral works. We ask better questions, get into the technical details, and find the story that connects the engineering to what an audience cares about. We work closely with founders, scientists, and marketing teams to make films that are accurate enough for the people building the technology and clear enough for the people encountering it for the first time.

At Spiral, Rahul leads creative direction alongside a team of producers, cinematographers, editors, and animators. Together, they create brand films, launch videos, and technical animations that help companies earn trust, introduce products, and communicate their vision to customers, investors, and future teammates.
